I have spent most of my career trying to understand one question.
What makes behaviour actually change?
I have spent more than 30 years working with leaders and organizations internationally.
My career has included:
• global leadership development
• executive coaching
• organizational change
• sales development
• customer experience
• digital learning
• senior functional leadership
• facilitation
• program design

I have worked inside large global organizations and independently as a consultant.
I have designed leadership initiatives across countries and cultures, coached senior executives and helped organizations translate broad ambitions into everyday leadership behaviour.
I've trained professionally as a chef and spent five years running my own restaurant.
For a long time those looked like separate chapters. I no longer think they are.
Both professional kitchens and organizations depend on:
-
clarity
-
judgment
-
trust
-
coordination
-
standards
-
communication
-
leadership under pressure
My work today brings those experiences together.
Sometimes that means helping an organization rethink its leadership system.
Sometimes designing a leadership program.
Sometimes working with an executive team.
Sometimes putting leaders into a kitchen.
And sometimes sitting with one person on Pender Island working through what comes next.
Different settings.
The same underlying interest:
How do we create the conditions for people to lead better?
